What You'll Work On

As a Filling Operator, you will operate all equipment related to the Aseptic Filling process, troubleshoot on-line issues, and manage multiple tasks safely and efficiently. Your responsibilities include:

• Operating the filler to ensure proper filling according to specifications, maintaining fill weights, security systems, vacuums, and troubleshooting equipment.
• Operating cappers, monitoring and correcting jams.
• Monitoring pressure gauges, filler speeds, and line conveyors.
• Completing product hookups and batch changes with minimal fluid loss.
• Documenting production and quality reports accurately.
• Responding to alarms and maintaining equipment within specified parameters.
• Performing sterilizer operations, checks, and water sampling as required.
• Following product isolation procedures and monitoring pH levels.
• Reporting equipment or product issues to supervisors.
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment following all policies and procedures.

Shift Details

This is a night shift (6:30pm - 7:00am EST) on a 12-hour rotational schedule, working on the 2B crew. Example schedule:

Week 1: Mon, Tue, Fri, Sat, Sun: 6:30pm - 7:00am. Days off: Wed & Thu.

Week 2: Wed & Thu: 6:30pm - 7:00am. Days off: Mon, Tue, Fri, Sat, Sun.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Experience operating filling equipment
• Basic troubleshooting skills
• Willingness to learn and retain training information

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in liquid manufacturing or packaging
• Forklift certification
