Job summary

Integrated 3D, a metal additive manufacturing company in Redmond, Oregon, seeks a Facilities/Operations Engineer to own building systems and production infrastructure. You will support metal 3D printing, CNC, heat treatment, and inspection areas, focusing on uptime, safety, and regulatory compliance.

You will lead facility projects, coordinate with contractors and inspectors, and manage inert gas systems, environmental controls, and dust safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Facilities Engineering or equivalent.
• 3+ years of facilities engineering experience in manufacturing/industrial environments.
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, compressed air, UPS, and related mechanical systems.
• Experience managing facility projects and coordinating with contractors.
• Familiarity with OSHA, NFPA, and local codes; ability to read drawings.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve building systems (HVAC, electrical, UPS, compressed air, fire protection).
• Plan and support installation/relocation of production equipment (3D printers, CNCs, furnaces).
• Manage inert gas systems, dust controls, and environmental controls for powders.
• Lead preventive maintenance and facility projects from scope to completion.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and inspectors; prepare cost estimates.
• Ensure OSHA, fire code, and environmental compliance; support audits.
