Job summary

Feintool Cincinnati, Inc. is seeking a skilled Maintenance Facilities Technician to join our team. You will be responsible for the upkeep, repair, and improvement of building systems and equipment, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC.

The ideal candidate has hands-on maintenance experience and the ability to read blueprints and work at height or in confined spaces. In our manufacturing environment you will inspect, troubleshoot, and service equipment, maintain safety compliance,

Qualifications

• Experience in general maintenance.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Capable of working at heights and in confined spaces.
• Licensing or certifications in plumbing, electrical, or HVAC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain building systems (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.).
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as changing filters and replacing light bulbs.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and service equipment and systems.
• Operate, maintain, and repair various tools and equipment for carpentry, plumbing, and general maintenance.
• Drive a company vehicle for local equipment pickups.
• Maintain inventory of materials and ensure equipment is clean and in good working order.
• Respond to emergency situations and customer service requests.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company directives.
