Colgate-Palmolive Hodges, SC is seeking a Factory Performance & Reliability Leader to drive site-wide improvements, align operations with long-term strategy, and enhance equipment reliability across all lines. You will lead lean initiatives and governance to achieve safety, quality, and productivity targets.

You will partner with plant leadership, HR, and external partners to implement 5S, autonomous maintenance, and data-driven decision-making processes that support sustainable performance

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in a manufacturing production environment.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional continuous improvement or operational reliability programs.
• Experience establishing and tracking manufacturing metrics, SOPs and compliance standards.
• Experience with enterprise resource planning systems (e.g., SAP) and manufacturing planning tools.
