Corning is seeking a Division PEX Solutions Manager to improve manufacturing performance across Advanced Optics by using data, metrics and PEX methodologies to identify priorities, solve problems, and deliver measurable business results.

Working with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Quality, you will drive improvements in quality, productivity, cost, and operating effectiveness, and help scale the future PEX operating model across the division.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Quality or related field.
• 7+ years in manufacturing or quality leadership roles.
• Proven data-driven improvement and structured problem-solving.
• Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, RCA, corrective actions.

Responsabilidades

• Drive improvements in quality, productivity, cost, and performance using data and PEX methods.
• Lead root cause analysis and DMAIC-based improvement initiatives.
• Develop KPI dashboards and visual management systems for visibility.
• Partner with site leadership to identify priorities and execute improvement projects.
• Coach leaders on PEX tools and build problem-solving capability.
• Standardize best practices and scale the PEX operating model.
