Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronic, Manufacturing, Industrial, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assess new product concepts for manufacturability and provide recommendations to R&D and Product Engineering.
• Develop manufacturing methods and processes to meet safety, quality, cost, and production objectives.
• Lead and participate in safety, Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Qualify new and modified products through all phases of manufacture and implement corrective actions to reduce downtime.
• Train operations on new processes, procedures, and protocols.
• Develop and maintain equipment lifecycle plans including installation, qualification, maintenance, upgrades, commissioning, validation, and testing.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to execute improvement projects.
