Job summary

Nestlé Purina is seeking candidates for the Manufacturing Excellence Management Development Associate program. This full-time role offers a fast-tracked path to manufacturing leadership, with rotations across multiple sites in the U.S. and exposure to QA, safety, supply chain, engineering, HR, production, and R&D.

Participants gain experience in driving operational improvements on cross-functional teams and receive relocation support as they advance through end-to-end processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, engineering tech, business management, or related field.
• Relocation willingness to 24 Nestlé Purina manufacturing sites.
• Open to rotation starting at Bloomfield MO, Crete NE, or Davenport IA.

Responsibilities

• Explore multiple functional areas to understand how they contribute to manufacturing excellence.
• Drive operational improvement projects and work on cross‑functional teams.
• Plan strategies to reduce material usage and energy consumption.
• Analyze data and operating conditions; follow up with stakeholders.
• Improve production efficiency and maintain quality standards.
• Support business innovation and renovation efforts.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Business Management or related discipline attained or expected by June 2027

As a Manufacturing Excellence Management Development Associate at Nestlé Purina, we will coach you from the start, shaping your career trajectory for continuous learning and growth. REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Business Management or related disciplineattainedor expected by June 2027

Must be open to relocation to any of our 24 Nestlé Purina manufacturing sites across the U.S. as you progress through the MDA program

You will start your rotation for this Manufacturing Excellence MDA role at one of the following Nestlé Purina factories: Bloomfield, Missouri; Crete, Nebraska;orDavenport,Iowa

OTHER

• Prior internship, co-op, practicum or manufacturing experience preferred
• Involvement in student organizations and/or other leadership experience preferred
• This position is not eligible for Visa Sponsorship.

Thestartingpay for this position is$85,000per year. Please note that the pay provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge,skillsand abilities as well as geographic location.
