American Hydro, a leading supplier and installer for hydroelectric equipment, is seeking an Industrial Manufacturing Estimator for our York, PA facility. You will prepare cost estimates for marketing proposals and clarify technical and processing information for procurement of manufacturing services.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, able to read technical specifications, and capable of defining processes, sequencing, and hours needed to meet contract specifications.

Qualifications

• Prepare cost estimates for marketing proposals and communicate technical data.
• Review inquiries and compile detailed labor and material estimates.
• Define processes, sequencing, and hours to manufacture parts per specs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates for manufacturing work orders.
• Review inquiries and compile detailed labor/material estimates.
• Define processes, sequencing, and hours to manufacture parts.
• Create written scope of supply to accompany costs.
• Communicate specs to purchasing for services.
• Understand manufacturing equipment and interrelationships.
• Ensure compliance with ISO Quality Standards.
