Job summary
The Keystone Distinction Group is seeking an experienced Applications Manager for a manufacturing environment. You will lead ERP and custom app initiatives, focusing on JD Edwards integration, shop-floor interoperability, and continuous improvement of business systems across manufacturing, finance, and supply chain.
Responsibilities include leading a small technical team, aligning applications with OT and MES/SCADA systems, and delivering scalable solutions through Agile practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or related field.
- 7+ years in ERP/business applications, software development, or application management.
- Minimum 3 years leading technical teams.
- Manufacturing industry experience required.
- Strong experience with ERP applications and integrations.
- Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
- Understanding of MES/SCADA/OT in manufacturing environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead management, support, enhancement, and optimization of ERP and enterprise applications, preferably JD Edwards.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance to gather requirements and improve applications.
- Oversee ERP configurations, integrations, upgrades, and ongoing support.
- Guide development of custom applications and integrations; ensure scalability and maintainability.
- Apply Agile methodologies to improve delivery and project execution.
- Develop roadmaps and prioritize initiatives based on business impact.
- Partner with OT and shop-floor tech to align software with operations.
