Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 6 months manufacturing or industrial experience.
• Ability to read routine instructions and documents.
• Ability to use hand tools and measuring equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment and machinery per procedures and safety requirements.
• Read and interpret routine work instructions, documents, and specifications.
• Perform basic mathematical calculations to support manufacturing and inspection activities.
• Use general hand tools and precision measuring instruments to complete tasks.
• Move materials safely using approved equipment.
• Operate material-moving equipment and overhead cranes, or obtain required certifications.
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
• Follow Baker Hughes HSE policies, quality standards, and work instructions.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and keep a clean, organized work area.
