Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 4+ years in manufacturing equipment engineering in a production environment.
• Experience leading projects or directing technical staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day activities of the Equipment Engineering team.
• Support design, development, and implementation of manufacturing equipment and tooling.
• Provide hands-on guidance for troubleshooting and corrective actions.
• Coordinate across Operations, Process Engineering, Quality, Automation, and Maintenance.
