Trane Technologies is seeking a manufacturing and electrical technical support specialist on-site in Colorado. The role covers troubleshooting electrical test stations, problem solving, and contributing to multiple projects and tasks across production areas.
Responsibilities include resolving safety, quality, process and equipment issues; supporting product changes and new development; training colleagues and contributing to 5S and standard work. CAD/Office skills are a plus.
On-Site (5 days)
Manufacturing and electrical technical support to all areas including troubleshoots issues in electrical test stations, problem solving, working in different projects and tasks.
High School Diploma or GED preferred or associate's degree in STEM related field or pursuing Engineering related to STEM.
Significant assembly and/or internal supply process knowledge and skills.
Demonstrated effectiveness in communications with others through a specific opportunity, as determined by department needs.
Experience with Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel, for example) and in use of e-mail. Cad Experience is a Plus. undefined Base Pay Range (for Colorado Residents): $24.97 - $32.01 (minimum to maximum of pay ranges)
