In this role, you will report to the Equipment Services Manager. You Will Make an Impact By:* Support the manufacturing floor. Respond to unscheduled equipment issues and perform Preventative Maintenance requirements.* Works from schematics, diagrams, written and verbal descriptions for validation and troubleshooting functions.* Assists in determining methods or actions to remedy equipment malfunctions and PM requirements.* Uses manufacturing test, development or diagnostic equipment which may require some software skills.* Manage lab and critical spare parts inventory at multiple MKS sites. Analyze part storage identifying automation and improvement opportunities.* Assist with shipping and receiving of parts for equipment builds and critical spares supporting the manufacturing floor at multiple MKS sites.* Assist with production printer management across multiple sites. Implement and maintain a PM process for printers on the manufacturing floor.* Maintain database accuracy and up-to-date records as well as assist in the analyzing of data/records for improvement opportunities.• Travel Requirements: Minimal Travel is required. Skills You Bring:* An AA degree, military technical training, equivalent vocational training, or related on-the-job experience.* 2+ years’ experience with parts management (procurement, shipping/receiving, inventory).* Relative experience in a technician role assisting with repair and/or maintenance.* Ability to collect and analyze basic experimental data and effectively communicate results.* Demonstrated work experience with MS Office products. Candidate must be comfortable with MS Excel, Word and Outlook at a minimum.* Experience with PM and/or inventory database a plus.Physical Demands and Working Conditions: Must be able to lift 50 lbs.Pay Range: $22.50 - 37.50 per hour. This range is a good faith estimate of the expected salary range for this position, based on a wide range of factors including qualifications, experience and training, operational and business needs and other considerations permitted by law.
