Job summary

RoShay Services is seeking an Engineering Supervisor to lead a talented team in our Tennessee manufacturing operation. This on-site role focuses on safe, reliable, and efficient production of water heating and treatment products.

You will coordinate engineering activities, drive improvements, troubleshoot equipment, and collaborate with operations, maintenance, and quality teams to enable continuous performance gains.
