You will drive performance metrics and coordinate with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Maintenance to implement new technologies and process improvements.

The role requires a BS in Engineering and 5+ years in manufacturing/engineering with leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years in manufacturing and/or engineering roles.
• Prior leadership experience in functional or project teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead MET Team Leaders and Manufacturing Engineering Technicians for safe, reliable, and efficient operations.
• Drive performance in safety, quality, delivery, cost, and equipment reliability.
• Set priorities and allocate resources to meet production schedules and continuous improvement goals.
• Lead root cause analysis and structured problem-solving to resolve equipment and process issues.
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives to improve capacity and product quality.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement new technologies and sustainable improvements.
