Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Available to complete three rotations as part of the program (18–20 months).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Support and lead technical projects across multiple operational areas.
• Provide day-to-day project support to MOE team members.
• Proactively identify improvement potentials and implement optimization ideas.
• Lead and manage assigned projects in cross-functional teams.
• Generate, update, and maintain technical documentation.
• Collect, organize, and analyze technical information to support continuous improvement and troubleshoot production issues.
