Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 9 years prior related experience. Graduate Degree with a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Manufacturing Engineering team in Camden, AR and drive improvements to systems and processes.
• Recommend enhancements to processes and ensure achievement of program targets with moderate impact.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and training to team members and manage project scope and reviews.
• Lead digital solutions initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional partners.
• Apply data analytics and BI to improve manufacturing effectiveness and decision making.
