Job summary

Ilocatum in Bay Shore, NY is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Manager to lead our aerospace lean operations. You will build and guide an engineering team focused on improving methods, workflows, and costs, and own BOMs, CAD models, tolerances, and manufacturing documentation in CATIA V5.

This role drives Lean and Kaizen initiatives and coordinates with Operations, Quality, and Purchasing to align priorities, delivering sustained gains in quality, efficiency, and growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience with demonstrated leadership.
• Aerospace or precision manufacturing background required.
• Strong knowledge of process and production planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop manufacturing engineers who improve methods, workflows, and costs.
