Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (required).
• Master's degree in Engineering (preferred).
• 8+ years of manufacturing engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and mentor the manufacturing engineering team to meet technical requirements.
• Ensure all processes comply with Health, Safety & Environmental Standards and Zero Harm goals.
• Govern and prioritize manufacturing improvements and innovations in the plant.
• Implement and integrate Manufacturing Technology, Digital Manufacturing, and Product Introduction activities.
• Support production operations to meet Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery and Leadtime targets.
