Everpure (NYSE: P) has evolved from storage pioneer to data platform, closing fiscal 2026 with $3.7 billion in revenue, its first billion-dollar quarter, and accelerating growth into FY27. Our strategic agenda spans the companies defining the next era of technology - hyperscalers, AI labs, the AI hardware supply chain, data platform providers, and the broader AI ecosystem.

This type of work-work that changes the world is what the tech industry was founded on. So, if you're ready to seize the endless opportunities and leave your mark, come join us.

THE ROLE

Drive operational excellence and innovation as the Manufacturing Engineering Manager leading process development, validation, and continuous improvement for server and storage product lines across PCBA (L6) and System Level (L10) manufacturing. You will build, empower, and direct a global engineering team to chart the technology roadmap and establish scalable, high-yield production systems. Partnering cross-functionally with Contract Manufacturers, Design Engineering, Quality, and Operations, you will transform product designs into reliable, cost-effective manufacturing operations. Your leadership ensures that production processes meet rigorous standards for quality, throughput, delivery, and safety.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Process Strategy & Validation: Define, implement, and validate scalable manufacturing process strategies for NPIs in partnership with Contract Manufacturers to maximize first-pass yield and production efficiency across L6 and L10 architectures.
  • Team Leadership & Capability Building: Direct, mentor, and grow a team of manufacturing engineers, fostering a high-performance culture focused on continuous improvement, accountability, and technical innovation.
  • Design for Manufacturability (DFM) & Risk Mitigation: Partner directly with Design Engineering during early-stage development to embed DFM principles, execute PFMEAs, and implement mistake-proofing, automation, and preventive controls before volume ramp.
  • Technology Roadmap & Operational Impact: Establish the long-term manufacturing process technology roadmap alongside external partners and internal stakeholders to drive down cost, improve throughput, and elevate overall product quality.
WHAT YOU BRING
  • Manufacturing Engineering Expertise: Technical foundation in manufacturing, mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering concepts with hands‑on expertise in PCBA (L6) and System Level (L10) manufacturing processes for servers, storage systems, or complex electromechanical assemblies.
  • Engineering Leadership: Proven track record of leading, mentoring, and developing high‑performing engineering talent, managing resource allocation and operational schedules effectively.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration & NPI Ownership: Demonstrated capability to align priorities and lead collaborative initiatives across Design Engineering, Operations, Quality, and external Contract Manufacturers throughout the NPI lifecycle.
  • Continuous Improvement & Quality Methodologies: Practical application of Lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma, root‑cause analysis, statistical process control, and risk management frameworks (PFMEA) to solve complex operational challenges.

We are primarily an in‑office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from our Partner Manufacturing office in Houston, TX in compliance with Pure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp .
