Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on manufacturing engineering in an equipment-intensive environment.
• Ability to troubleshoot and restore complex production machinery personally, not just supervise.
• Experience establishing machine setups, process checks, and preventive maintenance that stick.
• Working knowledge of industrial controls, sensors, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical/mechanical troubleshooting.
• Credibility on the shop floor with experienced operators and mechanics; ability to lead change.

Responsibilities

• Own equipment and process ownership for production lines, including setup, checks, and maintenance.
• Establish and sustain setup discipline and operating instructions on the floor.
• Lead problem-solving on recurring production, scrap, and rework issues.
• Identify capacity and reliability constraints and build plans to support higher volume.
• Build documentation and standards enabling broader team operation as the business grows.
