The role leads engineers and project engineers, collaborates across functions, and ensures the latest machining practices are adopted.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in manufacturing engineering and maintenance.
• Experience in continuous improvement.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools (Word, Excel).
• Reads and interprets blueprints.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Fosters a culture of transparency, disciplined problem solving, high performance teams, and continuous improvement.
• Leads safety awareness and accident prevention.
• Drives the continuous improvement roadmap and engages the plant team.
• Plans and communicates with the manufacturing engineering team for efficient workflow and on-time program delivery.
• Coaches and develops associate manufacturing engineers and project engineers.
• Improves efficiency by optimizing programming methods and fixtures.
