Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• 5+ years in a progressive engineering leadership role.
• Proficient in SolidWorks and/or AutoCAD to generate 3D solid models from concept to fabrication.
• Familiarity with safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance policies.

Responsibilities

• Plans, Directs, and coordinates maintenance, tooling and manufacturing engineering departments to enable efficient operations.
• Assess cost effectiveness of manufacturing processes and implement improvements to reduce cost and increase efficiency.
• Oversees plant renovations and expansions, coordinating with outside contractors and vendors.
• Prepares factory master plan and capital investments to meet future demand.
• Introduces progressive automation and new technology to improve processes and quality.
• Leads and mentors the manufacturing engineering team for growth and success.
• Monitors production data to identify improvements and implement corrective actions.
