Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering in the United States.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from worksite.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now and in the future.
• Ability to analyze complex situations using critical thinking and develop strategies.
• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks with quality.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with various teams to support ABB’s operations and ensure timely project completion within defined timelines.
• Leverage insights about customer needs and ABB’s offerings to identify suitable solutions for clients and drive project results.
• Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and other collaborative efforts.
• Seek feedback and guidance from manager and team members to improve performance and skills.
• Read and interpret safety rules and operating/maintenance instructions and other written or diagrammed procedures.
• Apply mathematical concepts, statistics, geometry, and trigonometry basics to work tasks.
• Be safety-conscious, 5S-driven, and promptly recommend safety corrections.
