Select, design or recommend tools, fixtures, and equipment.
Develop manufacturing processes and procedures to reduce problems and costs.
Recommend design changes to increase quality or reduce problems and costs.
Solve production problems and improve process capabilities.
Participate in the presentation of test results and design reviews.
Interact with other functional groups, vendors, or customers.
Participate in the administration of technical procedures.
Initiate and implement routine engineering change authorizations.
Support capacity model and lean initiatives. May participate in lean six sigma improvement teams.
May interact with teammates in numerous global locations
Pursuing a bachelor’s in engineering

Ability to work full-time (40 hours) per week in-person

Pursuing a degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical, Chemical or Materials Science Engineering
GPA of 3.0 or above
