Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills required.
• Ability to communicate with a variety of levels of employees.
• Must have own means of reliable communication.
• Must be able to work onsite in a Mfg. Plant located in New Bremen, New Knoxville, Minster, Celina, or Troy, Ohio.

Responsibilities

• Develop and perform process reviews.
• Review production problems and help identify a solution.
• Develop, implement, and update documentation.
• Review or modify CAD drawings.
• Work closely with production employees to gather data.
