Job Title: Manufacturing Engineering Co-Op

Our site in Danbury, CT is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Co-op to join our Manufacturing Engineering team for the Spring, 2027 season. This assignment is intended to be 6 months in duration. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, collaborative, and rewarding environment. As part of the Manufacturing Engineering team within the Dry Process Solutions unit - supporting Specialty Gas and Coatings processes you’ll contribute to projects that drive process safety, quality, and operational excellence.

What You’ll Do

• Support process development initiatives aligned with key customer needs.
• Improve operational efficiency through data automation, reporting, and integration of expanded operations data.
• Support existing systems and processes for Specialty Gas and Coatings Products, including system enhancements and documentation updates.
• Conduct statistical analysis to support quality improvements and process investigations.

Desired Major(s) & Graduation Year

Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related technical field. Expected graduation year: 2027 or later (flexible based on program requirements).

Eligibility

Must be a currently enrolled student. Available to work 40 hours a week, M-F (8a-5p) beginning in January through June. Must be familiar with the universities requirements to participate in a co‑op program
