Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Software, or Mechanical Engineering (or related).
- 3–5 years of experience in relevant field.
- Lean Six Sigma Green or Black certification is a plus but not required.
- Experience with QMS management and authoring change orders.
- Strong technical writing skills.
- Experience leading installation qualifications and installation protocols.
- Familiarity with Windchill change management.
- Ownership of equipment and process documentation.
- Proven validation ownership (equipment, nonproduct software, temperature mapping).
- Hands-on, willing to roll up sleeves and get work done.
- Ability to coach, lead, and mentor peers and operations.
