Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 4+ years of engineering experience; master’s degree preferred.
• Experience with manufacturing methods in composites, metals, or electronics.
• Excellent communication and leadership within cross-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and implement new manufacturing processes and technologies.
• Provide technical input on designs for manufacturability and cost.
• Evaluate early prototyping/testing to feedback into design.
• Identify capital equipment needs for capacity expansion.
• Lead Lean initiatives (5S, tool control) and IPT activities.
• Review drawings and ensure manufacturability, signaling feedback to engineering.
