Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with experience in manufacturing engineering or technical fields.
• Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving on the manufacturing line.
• Ability to apply statistical tools to analyze data and identify causes.
• Experience with electrical/electronic and mechanical systems.
• Strong written and oral communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Assist in installation and qualification of manufacturing equipment and troubleshoot issues.
• Support improvements to meet throughput, yield and product performance goals.
• Follow PM procedures for laser systems and ensure PMs are completed.
• Run daily measurement routines and adjust lasers to maintain quality.
• Analyze data, report results, and provide training to production associates.
