Calqulate Metrics Ltd in Berne, IN is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer Tech to optimize production, design workstation layouts, and improve safety and throughput on the shop floor.

The ideal candidate has an engineering degree or equivalent, strong CAD and Office skills, and proven ability to lead and communicate across teams. Experience in manufacturing and familiarity with data tools such as Power BI or SQL is a plus as you help raise efficiency, safety, and quality plant-wide.

Formación

• Degree in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering (Associate or Bachelor’s) or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency with CAD software and Microsoft Office.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with Power BI, SQL, or basic coding is a plus.

Responsabilidades

Are you a proactive engineer who loves optimizing processes and solving problems on the shop floor? We are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer Tech for our client in Berne, IN, driving efficiency, safety, and quality across plant operations.

What You’ll Do

• Optimize Production: Conduct time studies, build Bills of Labor, and set labor rates.

• Design & Layout: Create CAD drawings for workstations, plant layouts, and material flow systems.

• Drive Efficiency: Build kanban systems, write clear operator work instructions, and automate processes to improve safety and throughput.

What We’re Looking For
