Job summary

Image Associates Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer - Structural Steel to coordinate fabrication, tooling, welding, robotics and mechanical assembly. You will support engineering to improve product quality and reduce production costs.

The role requires at least three years of manufacturing experience, preferably with steel fabrication, plus experience in automated environments, time standards, lean manufacturing, line balancing and process flow. Some travel to other locations may be needed.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Work on automation or robotics projects; write PLC/CNC control logic.

• Develop work instructions, fixtures, tooling, and manufacturing equipment.
• Develop safe work practices and seek improvements in product and process quality.
• Collaborate with employees to resolve problems and prevent grievances.
