Job summary

The Kinetic Group, based in Anoka, Minnesota, is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to lead steel processing operations, including forming and heat treatment. Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Metallurgy, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in high-volume steel manufacturing or processing.
  • Hands-on experience with heat treatment (furnaces, cycles, atmosphere control).
  • Annealing and/or tempering experience.
  • Steel forming or drawing processes.
  • Strong understanding of steel material behavior in production environments.
