The Kinetic Group in Minnesota is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to strengthen steel component processing at our Anoka facility. This role reports to the Sr.
Manager of Manufacturing Engineering and is based in Anoka, Minnesota, with a focus on high‑volume steel operations and continuous improvement. You will lead development and optimization of steel processing, including heat treatment, annealing and tempering, forming and drawing.

As part of the Ammo+ division of The Czechoslovak Group (CSG), we invest in and expand our steel case manufacturing capability.
We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to strengthen our steel component processing. This role reports to the Sr. Manager of Manufacturing Engineering and is based in Anoka, Minnesota.
Employee work assignments may include tasks involving potentially hazardous areas, including flammables and explosives. Safety training is provided to ensure compliance with company and federal regulations.
Pay Range: $77,300.00 - $108,100.00. Salary is based on experience, location, education, and skills.
