• Proficiency with MS Office, Minitab, and database tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering support for service and repair operations for robotics, power tools, and capital equipment; develop processes, tooling, and inspection methods.
• Lead engineering projects and cross-functional initiatives to improve service/repair quality, efficiency, and cost.
• Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and management communications.
• Lead investigations and CAPAs related to nonconformances and audit findings.
• Support repair processes, equipment, tooling, inspection, testing, and technician troubleshooting.
• Develop and execute engineering studies, validations, and supporting reports.
• Identify and implement process improvements using Lean and Six Sigma.
