Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the manufacturing processes for heat shrink tubing.
• Perform root cause investigations and implement corrective actions for non-conforming products using tools like Lean, Six Sigma, and 8D.
• Create technical documents, including process instructions, validation plans and reports, development plans and reports, and non-conforming material reports.
• Conduct process validation activities using the IQ, OQ, and PQ approach.
• Lead cost reduction projects with cross-functional teams.
• Work effectively with others to meet business goals related to safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Use written, verbal, non-verbal, and visual methods to communicate effectively.
• Ensure products meet quality and compliance standards for safety and effectiveness.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• A Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering.
• At least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• A proven history of successfully completing projects that improve business results.
  
  

Desired Qualifications

• Experience with polymer processing, such as extrusion or molding, is recommended.
• Experience in medical device manufacturing is a plus.
