Wabtec is a leading global provider of equipment, systems, digital solutions, and value-added services for the freight and transit rail sectors. The Manufacturing Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in methods, processes, tooling, and equipment.

You will apply Lean and Six Sigma concepts to resolve manufacturing and quality issues, communicate goals across levels, and influence positive change in a dynamic production environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years manufacturing experience.
• Engineering/Applied Science degree preferred; advanced degree desired.
• Strong communication across levels in a complex matrix.

Responsabilités

• Lead and resolve manufacturing and quality problems related to methods, processes, tooling, equipment, and design.
