You will lead lean initiatives, apply Six Sigma, perform root cause analysis, and collaborate with design, production, and supply chain teams to deliver reliable, cost-effective solutions.

Mentor staff, document inspections for audits, and drive improvements to meet ISO 9001, UL, and CE standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in engineering.
• 5–7 years in manufacturing engineering with a quality focus.
• Experience with ISO 9001, UL, CE and related standards.
• Proficiency in lean manufacturing and Six Sigma.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes for motor production.
• Lead quality control initiatives and investigations.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, UL, CE and related standards.
• Perform root cause analysis to reduce defects and improve yield.
• Drive continuous improvement and lean initiatives.
• Document processes, inspections, and regulatory audits.
• Collaborate with design, production, and supply chain teams.
• Specify and validate equipment and tooling for high-volume production.
• Train and mentor production staff and junior engineers.
• Manage supplier quality for materials and components.
