We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Engineer/Program Manager to support on going and launching products and programs.
This role will be part of the combined Program Management / Product Launch Team. This role may consist of launch or program management work.
The career level Manufacturing Program Manager, able to work autonomously with occasional guidance from supervision. Skilled in sequence and flow of operations for the effective utilization of personnel, material, machines and facilities necessary for the production of parts. Work is performed in a centralized manufacturing plant where creativity and initiative is exercised as well as independent judgement.
The expected base compensation for this role is: $80,700.00 - $109,400.00. Actual base compensation within the identified range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.
An incentive pay program offers payouts based on company performance, job level, and individual performance.
