Encoder Products Company seeks a Manufacturing Engineer – Production Technical Manager in Idaho to provide engineering support for production of electro-mechanical products. This role involves troubleshooting, developing manufacturing processes, and leading cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues.

Qualifications

• 5 years electro-mechanical product design experience required.
• Coursework in Design for Manufacturability a plus.
• Certification in Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing training a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop technical expertise on all assigned products.
• Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues.
• Instigate engineering change requests and support implementations.
• Research manufacturing techniques for projects.
• Improve test protocols and work instructions.
• Train production technicians and assemblers as needed.
