Steelcase is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to drive product development and launch across our U.S. manufacturing sites.

You will apply engineering principles to develop, validate, and launch new products while ensuring quality and cost targets are met. With 3–5 years of lean manufacturing experience and strong technical skills in Windchill and SAP, you will collaborate across functions to deliver successful handoffs from concept to production and support continuous improvement in a fast-paced

Formación

• 4 year degree in an engineering discipline.
• 3–5 years experience preferred, lean manufacturing impacts cost/quality metrics.
• Windchill and SAP experience preferred.
• Fundamental understanding of automation and technology used in manufacturing.

Responsabilidades

• Apply engineering principles to PD&L and ensure quality across manufacturing.
• Support product launches and lead site activities per schedule.
• Provide cost estimates, PPAP submissions, PFMEA, standard work documentation.
• Collaborate with plant leadership for a successful handoff to production.
