Responsibilities
Provide engineering support for the design and manufacturing of fixtures, machines, and tools.
Conduct time studies and evaluate equipment, tooling, and manufacturing processes.
Improve ergonomics, mistake-proofing, and overall ease of assembly.
Partner with EHS to ensure compliance with OSHA and safety standards.
Assist with Failure Mode & Effects Analysis (FMEA) and risk mitigation.
