Responsibilities

• Interface with quality engineering and operations to investigate nonconformances and develop tooling.
• Lead or support product modifications to reduce nonconformances.
• Research, develop, and implement new production processes for existing products.
• Facilitate building and testing new or modified process prototypes.
• Perform equipment and process validations per established procedures.
• Develop software plans for new and existing equipment.
• Formulate manufacturing costs for process changes based on labor, equipment acquisitions, and materials.
• Assist with training and technical support for assemblers and engineering technicians.
• Perform other duties as assigned; work independently with minimal supervision.
• Maintain safety, quality standards and professional interactions across the organization.
