Job summary

Beauty Manufacturing Solutions Corp Coppell, TX seeks a Manufacturing Engineer to develop, optimize, and sustain manufacturing processes, equipment, and systems. You will lead initiatives to improve product quality, reduce waste, and ensure safety compliance on the shop floor.

Collaborate with Quality, Operations, Sales, and Supply Chain to support new product introductions and continuous improvement, mentor junior engineers, and create clear engineering reports and presentations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical/industrial engineering or related field.
• 3+ years experience with SolidWorks or similar CAD.
• Experience with statistical methods and DOE.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; proficient with MS Office and Teams.
• Lean manufacturing knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and design new processes, equipment, and fixtures.
• Source, test, and qualify production equipment.
• Lead process improvement through DFM and optimization.
• Collaborate with Quality, Operations, Sales, and Supply Chain.
• Mentor junior engineers and train operators.
• Create engineering reports and presentations.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory and safety standards.
