Job summary

Camfil USA is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer in Jonesboro, AR to support and improve products and production processes across Camfil Americas plants. The role focuses on maintaining effective operations that align with business needs and continuous improvement initiatives.

You will drive process improvements on the production floor, develop better processes and tools, and support new product introductions while ensuring high-quality, efficient operations. Travel up to 30% is possible.

Qualifications

• BS in Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering or equivalent technical degree is required.
• Engineering/technical discipline is required.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive process improvement on the production floor.
• Develop and improve processes, methods, and workflow.
• Support production tooling, fixtures, and equipment; manage SOPs.
