Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Strong technical base in 3D CAD and engineering design and analysis fundamentals.
• Mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience in fabrication, machining, or assembly.
• Experience with manufacturing process improvement and fixture/tool design.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate across departments to solve production challenges.
• Manage and prioritize multiple improvement projects.
• Apply engineering analysis and creativity to refine processes.
• Develop and implement quality checks and support root cause analysis.
