Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Strong technical base in 3D CAD and engineering design and analysis fundamentals.
Mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience in fabrication, machining, or assembly.
Experience with manufacturing process improvement and fixture/tool design.
Responsibilities
Collaborate across departments to solve production challenges.
Manage and prioritize multiple improvement projects.
Apply engineering analysis and creativity to refine processes.
Develop and implement quality checks and support root cause analysis.
