Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred; extensive experience considered in lieu of education.
• 5+ years of relevant manufacturing experience is desirable.
• Experience with GLP and GMP is preferred for manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Assist in updating and generating Manufacturing, Quality and Maintenance process documentation and data systems.
• Revise SOPs to capture process, product, and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in developing and managing engineering changes.
• Serve as Subject Matter Expert on manufacturing processes and flow.
• Identify and lead manufacturing improvements and cost reduction projects.
• Troubleshoot new and existing process problems.
• Assist with training for manufacturing personnel.
• Lead CAPA-related efforts for the technology platform.
• Develop and manage engineering changes.
• Participate in capital requisition proposals and projects.
• Maintain process maps and value stream maps.
• Coordinate with Process Support and R&D for technology transfer.
• Assist with complaint investigations and rework protocols.
• Maintain safe and compliant work environment.
