Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in manufacturing with process improvement and analysis.
• Knowledge of production systems, capacity planning, and data management.
• CNC programming experience (manual and software-based) required.
• Familiarity with quality systems and customer-driven quality.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Teamwork across departments and cross-functional communication.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and evaluate manufacturing processes to improve quality, efficiency, and profitability.
• Develop and maintain continuous improvement programs for plant layout, equipment utilization, and workforce effectiveness.
• Identify and recommend capital investments; support implementation of initiatives.
• Maintain accurate manufacturing data for production and inventory control systems.
• Review customer contract quality requirements and ensure compliance; help develop quality procedures.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align manufacturing processes and quality systems.
• Develop CNC programs for machines using manual and software-based programming and nesting tools.
• Perform additional duties to support departmental and organizational objectives.
