You will analyze designs for manufacturability, lead manufacturing projects on time and within budget, and design or improve processes and tooling.

The role requires 3–5 years of manufacturing experience, strong GD&T knowledge, CAD tools, and Lean principles, with cross‑functional collaboration across the plant.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • High analytical ability and strong problem-solving skills.
  • 3–5 years' manufacturing experience.
  • Knowledge of GD&T, datum dimensioning and tolerance stacks.
  • Experience with CNC machining, robotics and CAD tools.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze sprinkler and valve designs for manufacturability.
  • Manage engineering projects to scope, time, and budget.
  • Lead the design and improvement of manufacturing processes.
  • Support capital equipment, tooling and systems for production.
  • Evaluate production time, staffing and costs for decisions.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, PFMEA, control plans, and setup sheets.
  • Troubleshoot daily production issues using root-cause analysis.
  • Coordinate cross‑department engineering activities to meet business goals.
