Job summary

OmniForce Solutions is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join its Operations Engineering team. You will bridge product design and scalable manufacturing, shaping the plant layout, tooling, and MBOM processes to drive efficiency, quality, and safety on the shop floor.

The role emphasizes MBOM validation, line design, CAPEX procurement, and DFM collaboration with Product Design. You will implement FAT/SAT milestones and continuously improve production through lean methods.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.
• 3–5+ years in manufacturing engineering with line layout, tooling, and BOM management.
• CAPEX projects management experience and ROI analyses.
• CAD experience for plant layout and tooling design.
• PLM/ERP systems and EBOM/MBOM concepts knowledge.
• Lean manufacturing knowledge (5S, Value Stream Mapping, Line Balancing).

Responsibilities

• Architect the physical plant floor layout using CAD to optimize material flow and reduce waste.
• Develop SOPs, digital work instructions, and optimized processes for repeatable assembly quality and safety.
• Define takt time metrics and balance lines to meet market demand.
• Lead the procurement of capital machinery and manage vendor timelines and risks.
• Establish FAT/SAT milestones and contingency plans to mitigate schedule risks.
